I represent Atheda Ltd, we are the hosting company that have acquired the Cube Media backups and domain control information.

We are working to assist Cube Media customers regain control over their domain names and websites.


How do I get my website/email back online?

We are happy to migrate your site hosting and email accounts to our own servers. We will also try to honour any agreement which was in place with Cube Media for the remainder of your contract. We will also be providing a heavily discounted package for new ex-Cube Media clients.

Just email me directly on lorian@atheda.com and I should be able to get you back online within a couple of hours. Alternatively you can call me on 07712 048 585 (9am - 5pm Mon-Fri).

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the large number of Cube Media clients I am only able to offer telephone assistance to those wishing to migrate to our hosting service.

For everyone else, if you wish to transter your domain/website/email to another provider please do the following:

If you need your domain name(s) released:
Email your request to domains@cube-media.com
This is a new email account which we have created to manage transfer requests.
Please include your full name and previous control panel login information.

If you require a copy of your website or database:
Email transfer@cube-media.com with your website/database name.
Please include your full name and previous control panel login information.

We are now managing both of the above accounts and a member of our team will process your request as quickly as possible.
